Our mission is to help people and organisations to grow their capability- through the power of coaching. Our coaching practice is informed by experience in senior positions across several organisations in many sectors.
We contract carefully with the individual and help them craft their personal development goal. We are accredited in a variety of psychometric tools and through these and other models we help our clients succeed and thrive in today's competitive marketplace.

Neal has spent his career working to build the effectiveness of people and the organisations they are part of; first as an HR Director and later as a Learning and OD Consultant. Neal has worked in large organisations in in sectors ranging from Pharmaceuticals to FMCG , Chemicals and Higher Education. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director in the NHS and with a regional orchestra.
Neal is an accredited user with multiple psychometric tools including StrengthScope, MBTI, Wave, and Extended DISC. Neal is an accredited practitioner with the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC), and is qualified to use the Three Brains Coaching model. Working with his associates, Neal brings a wealth of expertise to every project undertaken.
We take a collaborative approach to consulting, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions, scaling the response as required. We believe that effective communication and partnership are key to achieving success.
Neal worked with my leadership team in 2023 to support us in achieving our goal of greater integration and understanding of the work of each part of our services among our wider team of c.100 people. This was a significant undertaking and was achieved in two parts. Firstly, through working with my leadership team, Neal helped us to identify our collective leadership team strengths and facilitated us in reaching agreement on how we would use these in designing and delivering the full team day. The session was a good balance between team building activities and practical, skills based outputs.
For the full team event, Neal proposed a 'world cafe' activity where team members would visit a stall for each of the sub-groups, and could learn more about their work and identify opportunities for collaboration. This, together with team members reporting back from cross-team working sessions, led to a successful full team day. An evaluation survey showed a greater understanding from those present of the totality of our operation and of recognised opportunities for greater collaboration.
